About the Role
Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments. In partnership with physician leaders, takes a leadership role in planning, developing, marketing, and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program. Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.
Responsibilities
- Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
- Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.
- Takes a leadership role in planning, developing, marketing, and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department.
- Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.
- Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.

Experience Level
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
