About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and implementing transversal training strategies that align with business priorities, including content deployment, assessment, and facilitation, to foster a culture of learning and drive sales performance within the Maison.
Responsibilities
- Customize training/coaching plans based on analysis for knowledge retention
- Partner with retail leaders to identify individual development plans
- Leverage digital tools and new technologies for enhanced learning impact
- Conduct regional needs assessments to identify training needs for sales performance
- Plan, organize, and execute online and in-person classroom trainings
- Strategize short and long-term goals for training initiatives and regional action plans
- Foster a culture of learning by engaging teams and delivering impactful trainings
- Take ownership of training activities from conception to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management preferred
- Expertise in luxury client experience, leadership, hospitality, and virtual learning
- High level of emotional intelligence, communication styles, instructional design, presentation skills, and developmental assessments
- Gemological knowledge
- Art & Culture experience
- DISC & EQI certifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
- Excellent interpersonal, public communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective collaboration with all organizational levels
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Adeptness in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
