About the Role
Elation Property Management is seeking a maintenance team member for the Mill on Main II community in Austin, MN. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on common areas, occupied, and vacated units to ensure the community is well-maintained and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance on the building.
- Handle tenant requests promptly.
- Repair and restore lived-in units to their original condition.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure adequate tenant service.
Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to the Austin, MN area.
- Must have a valid, unexpired Driver's License.
