Responsibilities
- Ensure timely fulfillment of maintenance requests.
- Supervise maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate projects with various stakeholders.
- Enforce Health and Safety protocols and practices.
- Maintain preventative maintenance records and report weekly.
- Handle recruitment, hiring, and corrective actions.
- Negotiate with vendors and solicit bids for projects.
- Assist with snow removal and landscaping for internal and contract sites as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including plumbing, electrical, structural, HVAC, and control systems.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience working with voltages greater than 120vac.
- Competent computer skills (email, MS Word, and Excel).
