About the Role
We are currently looking for a Bakery Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.
Responsibilities
- Lead the section, reporting to the Head of Production, assisting with managing and mentoring a team of up to 8 people.
- Ensure that all the products are baked and presented to excellent quality.
- Manage food and stock rotation, following our recipes and SOP’s in place.
- Organize mise en place, and the team accordingly to the business needs.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous.
- Previous experience in the same role is essential, within a similar environment.
- Experience in Viennoiserie production, lamination and bread shaping.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £45,000.00 per annum + bonus
