About the Role

This role involves coordinating and managing all specialist planners and reviewing planning performance for KG300 or architectural planning. You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements, focus on economic implementation, and integrate all planning results. The position also requires ensuring quality standards and meeting deadlines for all planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all specialist planners and review planning performance for KG300 or architectural planning.
• Review planning for compliance with contractual requirements, focusing on economic implementation and integration of all planning results.
• Ensure quality standards and meet deadlines for all planning processes.
• Coordinate with planning offices and project management during the bidding and execution phases.
• Support tender and award processes for planning services.
• Participate in change order creation in close coordination with project management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction planning coordination, execution (site management), or in tender and award processes for structural engineering.
• Knowledge of KG 400+500 is advantageous.
• Independent, responsible, solution-oriented, and methodical work approach.
• Collaborative partnership with construction and planning stakeholders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in standard MS Office programs.
