About the Role

This program is designed for entry-level candidates aspiring to become Agents in the Entertainment Industry. Agency Trainees will gain exposure to various divisions and support Agents and Assistants in administrative functions, with opportunities for advancement to Assistant roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agents and Assistants in all departments with administrative functions.
  • Handle mailroom duties.
  • Provide coverage for the reception desk, including answering phones, dispatching calls, and receiving guests and packages.
  • Cover assistant desks, managing phones, calendars, expenses, and arranging Zoom meetings.
  • Undertake special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Must possess a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a high comfort level with technology, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Show impeccable follow-through, with the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Exhibit high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Be able to comfortably interact with high-profile clients.
