About the Role
Green Oasis in Austin, TX is actively seeking a hard-working full-time Interior Horticulture Installer to help create healthy and beautiful interior landscapes for our customers in a creative and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the proper installation of greenery on projects.
- Plan and prepare installations with attention to detail to ensure client needs and wants are met.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy plants and planters.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Availability to travel 3 to 4 times a month, typically for a couple of days at a time.
- Experience working on construction sites is a plus.
- Ability to work on physically demanding tasks, especially in the heat of the summer.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions well.
- Ability to manage time wisely and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Organized and able to work well as part of a team.
