About the Role

The Organisational Performance team assists clients in designing, activating, and sustaining high-performing organizations to achieve strategic goals and deliver lasting business impact. Our approach combines rigorous organization and operating model design with people-led transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Experienced professionals bring know-how to make lasting change for clients and the company.
  • Provide deep industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise.
  • Senior Consultants play a key role in delivering client engagements, taking ownership of major workstreams from problem structuring through analysis, synthesis, and recommendation development.
  • Work independently to solve complex problems, manage priorities, and ensure work is rigorous, relevant, and actionable.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and senior team members, while also supporting and coaching junior colleagues.
  • Senior Consultants are expected to combine strong analytical skills with sound judgment, team leadership, and an increasingly confident client presence.
  • Associates break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants.
  • Effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify core issues in complex analyses to craft suitable recommendations.
  • Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.
  • Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into their chosen subject area.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization, or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on organisational performance.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
  • Fluency in English and German language is required.
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put existing ones to good use.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve clients' biggest problems.
  • Aptitude for analytical work, including analyzing large datasets or complex challenges.
  • Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with the team.
