About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Repair Engineer at our Sidcup branch. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for repairing garage doors and associated products mainly at residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to join a stable, well-established and growing company.
Responsibilities
- Repairing garage doors and associated products
- Diagnosing faults and identifying suitable repair solutions
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and adjustments
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Completing relevant paperwork and job records
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment
- Providing assistance to the installation team as required
- This is a hands-on role and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting
Requirements
