About the Role
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking an associate for its non-contentious Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) practice within the Corporate Division. This role involves advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work, both UK domestic and international, for a diverse client base across the FS industry.
Responsibilities
- Involves both advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work; both UK domestic and international.
- Clients could be across many sectors of the FS industry, both wholesale and retail.
- Associates have the opportunity of becoming involved in contentious work, to broaden their experience, if of interest.
Requirements
- Approximately 1-2 years' experience in financial services regulatory work.
- Experience of dealing with large, complex and multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Academic excellence is essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
