About the Role
This role involves crafting and developing relationships with local Cisco Sales teams, customers, and partners to drive significant revenue growth. You will work with various internal teams and executives to develop and execute sales strategies, forecast accurately, conduct deal reviews, and lead account executives in opportunity development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to address customer security challenges and improve Cisco's opportunity.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting.
- Conduct regular deal reviews.
- Lead account executives in the development and expansion of opportunities.
- Build an area go-to-market plan with customers and partners to ensure security outcomes are met.
- Prioritize customer engagement with a proficient understanding of market and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales objectives through effective use of direct and extended team resources.
- Promote creativity and energy among team, peers, and seniors by balancing direction and delegation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales management experience of a technical sales organization including salespeople and systems engineers.
- Experience leading sales teams within the US Commercial or Enterprise markets.
- Current knowledge of America's and Global market trends.
- Strong leadership skills in a cross-functional teaming environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $348,200.00 - $439,600.00 (US and/or Canada, base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined)
- $348,200.00 - $505,500.00 (New York City Metro Area)
- $324,400.00 - $493,400.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
