About the Role
Tools for Humanity is hiring a Product Counsel to partner directly with product and engineering leaders across a rapidly scaling global platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, policy, and product execution, advising across AI, biometrics, privacy, digital assets, consumer protection, and financial regulation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core legal partner throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Help ship new features responsibly.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory and safety risks.
- Build scalable legal processes that support rapid innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, Marketing, and external advisors to draft terms and policies.
- Guide go-to-market strategies.
- Shape legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product counsel experience in technology or financial services.
- Analytically strong.
- Operationally minded.
- Comfortable leading complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive legal partner who enjoys building alongside ambitious product teams and helping define entirely new categories.
