About the Role

Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers to support powder coating and shipping operations by preparing parts, masking, and packaging finished products. No previous powder coating experience is required as all necessary training is provided. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing quality work, enjoy working with their hands, and seek a stable, long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating
Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully
Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating
Remove masking materials after coating
Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit
Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets
Label and prepare orders for shipment
Assist with loading and unloading shipments
Perform final inspections before packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Work with the team to meet daily production goals
Perform basic quality checks on finished parts

USD $18.00/Hr. - USD $20.00/Hr.
