About the Role

Join DOMUS Consult to shape IT audits and support companies in the housing and real estate industry in evaluating and developing their IT landscapes. We offer consulting with substance, combining expertise in strategy, controlling, digitalization, data protection, organizational development, and personnel acquisition to guide companies toward a successful future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits as part of annual financial audits, project-accompanying special audits, and internal audits.
• Perform audits based on IDW audit standards PS 330, PS 850, PS 860, PS 861, and PS 880.
• Audit and evaluate IT systems, IT infrastructures, and IT-supported business processes.
• Accompany audits during ERP system changes (migration audits), including assisting with the evaluation/creation of authorization concepts (AD, ERP, archive, etc.).
• Support and advise clients on IT projects with diverse tasks.
• Prepare audit reports and coordinate findings with auditors and clients.

Requirements

• Preferably a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field; however, college dropouts, career changers, and self-taught individuals are also welcome.
• Interest in the intersection of IT, auditing, and business processes.
• Analytical, structured, and meticulous work style with the ability to maintain an overview of complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a pronounced service orientation.
• Ideally, initial experience in IT audit, internal audit, IT compliance, or auditing.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements such as IDW audit standards, MaRisk, DORA, ISO 27001, or BSI IT-Grundschutz is advantageous.
• Personality, versatility, and willingness to learn missing skills are important.
• Willingness to travel.
