About the Role

We are looking for new colleagues at our nationwide locations. Do you seek varied tasks in SAP HCM? You want to support HR customers in daily business or do you prefer project-oriented work in exciting SAP HCM implementation, migration, or S/4HANA conversion projects? Responsibilities

• Configuration and customization of SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS Apps (standardized or customer-specific) in the SAP HCM environment.
• Digitalization of HR workflows, e.g., vacation requests, travel expense settlement, time recording (CATS), salary statements.
• Further development of FIORI/UI5 applications to enhance user experience (UX) and mobility.
• Connection to the SAP HCM backend, ensuring data integration.
• Development of customer-specific reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP-OO.
• Customizing and configuration of ESS/MSS and Fiori Launchpad.
• Support for users in the use of self-services.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• More than 5 years of experience and sound knowledge in the SAP component "Employee & Manager Self Services".
• Knowledge in adjacent SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management.
• Sound knowledge in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, WebDynpro.
• Sound knowledge in ABAP/ABAP-OO, BAdIs, BAPIs, User-Exits.
• Sound knowledge in the implementation of apps on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the Clean Core approach.
• Sound knowledge in integration scenarios (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors/H4S4) in the SAP BTP and Integration Suite (CPI) environment.
• Knowledge in setting up roles and authorizations (front-end and back-end).
• Understanding of HR processes.
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
