About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Quadrus Services & Admin., you will be responsible for “in kind” transfers of third party funds between Quadrus Investment Services and other mutual fund dealers and advisors transferring their books of business in/out of Quadrus.
Responsibilities
- Review client statements, providing quotes advising paperwork requirements for ‘in kind’ transfers
- Accurate and timely processing of transferred assets
- Maintenance of electronic records of each transfer
- Regular communication with the field on transfers and product related issues
- Working within service standards to minimize financial impact
- Corresponding regularly with other mutual fund companies and dealers
- Working with external advisors to transition their books of business
Requirements
- A thorough understanding combined with experience working with mutual funds, investment products and mutual fund dealers is required
- Previous experience in a role that required a strong attention to detail while working towards deadlines is required
- Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
Skills
- A previous role working in Fundserv and Investment Centre is an asset
- IFIC Sales/IFIC Operations preferred is an asset
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service in the investment industry including advisors is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Self-motivated and enjoy a busy work environment

- $45,600 - $68,400 annually
