About the Role

Under the guidance of the Manager, Quadrus Services and Administration, you will manage the transfer of assets held with third-party fund companies between Quadrus Investment Services and other mutual fund dealers. You will also support advisors transferring their client portfolios to or from Quadrus.

Responsibilities

  • Review client statements and provide assessments and information on required documents for in-kind transfers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transferred assets.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and electronic records for each transfer.
  • Communicate regularly with sales teams and advisors regarding transfers and investment product inquiries.
  • Adhere to established service standards to minimize financial impact.
  • Collaborate frequently with other mutual fund companies and dealers.
  • Support external advisors in the transfer and transition of their business portfolios.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and the mutual fund dealer network, coupled with relevant experience.
  • Experience with FundSERV and Investment Centre platforms is an asset.
  • IFIC Sales or Operations certification is an asset.
  • Experience in a role requiring high rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer service experience in the investment sector, particularly with financial advisors, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Team spirit and autonomy in work execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Proactive, motivated individual comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bilingualism (proficiency in French and English, oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
