About the Role
The Brand/Product Manager supports the development and management of the Infectious Disease franchise, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer value and business targets. This role acts as a subject matter expert, managing day-to-day product operations in alignment with global marketing plans and collaborating with global teams to identify growth opportunities and launch new solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support global product strategy, development, and commercialization for the Infectious Disease portfolio.
- Develop global marketing plans to position product lines and support elimination goals.
- Execute global marketing initiatives, including roadmap development, launch strategies, and sales support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product positioning, claims, competitive intelligence, and performance.
- Define user needs and product requirements based on market research and stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in strategic planning, including portfolio management and long-range planning.
- Provide leadership to R&D and support organizations throughout the product development cycle.
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and customer communications.
- Ensure launch and post-launch success by supporting global commercial and on-market teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of product or brand marketing experience in healthcare or medical products.
- Experience in product management, development, and go-to-market planning.
- Experience developing compelling marketing content.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- IVD experience in Clinical Chemistry or laboratory settings is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the diagnostics field is strongly preferred.
