About the Role

The Fixture Coordinator supports store projects by processing fixture orders, creating and managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving vendor issues. This role acts as the primary contact for stores, the Field Merchandising team, and vendor inquiries, ensuring accurate project data, timely vendor payments, and responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process store orders through timely order uploads and custom Purchase Order (PO) creation.
  • Manage order tracking for placement and delivery.
  • Address PO discrepancies raised by vendors by validating errors or obtaining manager approval.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor files to maintain accurate on-site date reporting.
  • Troubleshoot vendor file errors to ensure accurate delivery information and timely vendor payments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stores and the field merchandising team, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage incoming emails in the Fixture Inbox, ensuring inquiries are returned within 48 business hours.

Requirements

  • Agile and innovative mindset, able to navigate change and ambiguity in a rapidly evolving retail environment.
  • Creative thinker who takes initiative, capable of building, launching, and managing projects/programs that drive results for customers.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent influencing skills, adept at building relationships across various stakeholder groups.
  • Canadian Tire store experience or prior administrative experience is an asset.
  • Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of material finishes are an asset.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC platforms.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Oracle, Coupa or Lucernex.
  • Project management skills.
