About the Role

Flywheel is seeking an eCommerce Media Manager to join our Client Services team. This role involves managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and proactively developing strategies to grow sales. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating with senior stakeholders and resolving complex challenges on platforms like Amazon, driving business growth and influencing strategic change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
  • Help clients plan and develop budgets, then deliver campaigns according to agreed KPIs.
  • Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure campaign success.
  • Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across available advertising options.
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights.
  • Create, test, measure, and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes.
  • Manage the promotional planning calendar for client campaigns.
  • Drive strategy discussions with clients.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls.
  • Develop Media Specialists in their pursuit to move into a Media Manager role.
  • Check budget pacing daily.
  • Review search and display campaign activity daily, providing analysis weekly and monthly.
  • Connect weekly with the internal Retail team for Media and Retail engagement (Full Service).
  • Educate clients on Best in Class strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients.
  • Work with teams to identify new opportunities for clients under management.
  • Work with teams to quickly identify and resolve client issues.
  • Identify and provide reminders of the value Flywheel drives for clients.
  • Travel as required, based on client needs.

Requirements

  • 4 years of account management experience.
  • Digital marketing and financial/quantitative analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with adequate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with good project management and organizational skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on Amazon's advertising platforms.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and analyzing online promotion campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to influence using data.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations with minimum supervision.
