About the Role
As an innovative transformation consultant, you will combine strategic, creative, and scientific skills to develop forward-thinking solutions in close collaboration with clients. Help drive change tailored to current and future client challenges, informed by science and data, amplified by creativity and design, and grounded in technology.
Responsibilities
- Advise client management on the development and successful implementation of digital transformation projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, from strategy to implementation.
- Strategically shape clients' future operating models through the integration of modern SAP technologies, process harmonization, and business transformation.
- Develop Capgemini Invent's SAP S/4HANA consulting portfolio long-term by setting up transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for global companies.
- Create proposals and service offerings for client management and position Capgemini Invent as a thought leader in value-driven SAP transformation.
- Acquire, develop, and retain best-in-class talent to strategically expand and develop your team and area in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy or management consulting and/or in leadership roles within SAP-driven transformation programs.
- Sound knowledge of typical end-to-end business processes (SAP Modules: Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management) and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA, as well as adjacent platforms (e.g., BTP, Signavio, Analytics Cloud).
- Strong go-to-market DNA and a robust network at CxO or decision-maker level, both internally and externally.
- Dynamic leader with a strong growth focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to inspire colleagues at all levels as a charismatic role model.
- Excellent academic degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, ideally supplemented by an MBA or PhD.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
