About the Role
You will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex customer challenges in sales processes within global SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. You will take on leadership responsibility and lead digital transformation projects focusing on optimizing order-to-cash processes, customer relationship management, and revenue steering.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for the digitalization and automation of sales processes.
- Design customer-specific roadmaps.
- Develop business cases with clear economic added value (e.g., through improved order processing, transparent pricing, and more efficient invoicing).
- Conduct design workshops for the redesign and harmonization of sales processes.
- Implement innovative SAP Sales solutions, including integration with modules such as MM, EWM, or FI.
- Develop rollout strategies for global sales organizations.
- Actively contribute to the further development of our consulting portfolio in the area of SAP Sales.
Requirements
- Completed university degree.
- Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment or in international companies.
- Sound experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex transformation projects in the sales area.
- Extensive project experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Sales (SD) pre-study and implementation projects, as well as in various implementation methods (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
- Deep process knowledge in order processing, pricing, invoicing, and customer service, as well as sound knowledge of SAP best practices in the Sales area.
- Ability to analyze strategic SAP issues and effectively advise customers with a focus on revenue increase, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
