About the Role
As a (Senior) Director in the S4/HANA Manufacturing Team, you will support clients in the strategic development and transformation of production and manufacturing processes within the SAP environment.
Responsibilities
- Consulting top management of our clients in the area of Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA, from vision to global implementation.
- Developing strategies for the digitalization and optimization of Forecast-to-Fulfill processes and the integration of intelligent demand and production planning logic.
- Advancing our consulting portfolio in SAP Production Planning & Manufacturing through transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Creating customized customer offers and service offerings.
Requirements
- Above-average university degree, ideally supplemented by an MBA or doctorate.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting and/or in leadership roles within SAP-driven transformation programs focused on production processes.
- In-depth knowledge in the implementation of complex Forecast-to-Fulfill processes with SAP Production Planning & Manufacturing (PP) and in the integration of adjacent modules such as MM, SD, FI, or CRM.
- Strong Go-to-Market DNA and a robust network at CxO or decision-maker level, both internally and externally.
- Strong sales, networking, and leadership skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
