About the Role
As a (Senior) Director in the SAP EWM team, you will support companies in developing future-proof warehouse and logistics processes, combining strategic consulting, digital transformation, and SAP expertise along the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting for top management in warehouse and logistics transformation
- Design and implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM transformation programs
- Development of future-proof operating models through digitalization, automation, and networking along the supply chain
- Expansion of the SAP EWM consulting portfolio, development of customer solutions, business expansion, and market positioning
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting, or in responsible roles within SAP-based transformation programs focusing on warehouse logistics and supply chain execution
- In-depth expertise in SAP EWM and integration of adjacent SAP modules (e.g., SAP TM, SD, MM, GTS, or IBP)
- Proven experience in business development with an established network at CxO and management level
- Excellent leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and very good German and English language skills
