About the Role

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment Managers to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance. Act as a mentor and technical point of contact for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records according to company policy
  • Request policy information from third-party providers
  • Liaise with operational teams regarding scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and data changes
  • Assist in preparing new business pitches and presentations
  • Manage cash transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and account balance monitoring
  • Process business and manage pipelines, including account setup and AML documentation
  • Identify, report, and mitigate operational risks and errors
  • Promote the use of client portals and digital tools
  • Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues
  • Train and coach new and existing administrators
  • Provide daily guidance and technical support to team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Wealth Management industry
  • Strong client service ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning to solve problems
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Interest in pursuing additional professional qualifications
