About the Role
We Are Era is a European community economy company focused on community-led relevance. We use data to understand what moves people and translate these insights into culturally relevant stories across platforms, formats, and markets. With offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin, Cologne, Münster, Paris, Milan, and Stockholm, our international team creates impactful and relevant stories tailored to communities across all platforms. Our projects range from TV productions and fictional series to branded formats on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. We support and guide creators in building their personal brands. Our international team of 400 employees speaks every language, from mainstream to subculture, from the Fridays for Future movement to K-Pop culture.
Responsibilities
- Support our production team in all relevant areas and work on interdepartmental projects
- Research and create presentations
- Assist with shoot organization (research/preparation/coordination)
- Pre-production, shooting, and post-production
- Scheduling and preparation
- Create lists and general office organization
- Support on set
- Prepare and support pitches
- Assist with project planning and implementation
Requirements
- Enrolled student (media, production, design, management, or a related field)
- Internship must be completed as a mandatory internship within the scope of the study regulations - Duration: 6 months
- Enthusiasm for online video and social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch)
- Structured, creative, and independent work style
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Driver's license class B
- Very good German and English language skills
- Internship duration ideally 5 to 6 months and as a mandatory internship within the scope of university studies
