About the Role

In this responsible role, you will handle both operational and strategic tasks while leading the asset management team both professionally and disciplinarily. You will be responsible for the holistic management and strategic development of a diversified real estate portfolio (residential and commercial units), analyzing, optimizing, and sustainably increasing the value of properties from economic, technical, and market-specific perspectives. You will also establish, standardize, and further develop structures, processes, and reporting systems within asset management, ensuring a reliable data basis for sound investment decisions. This includes preparing, evaluating, and implementing investment and divestment decisions, creating profitability analyses and decision proposals for management, and closely collaborating with internal interfaces such as technical, property management, and controlling departments. You will also manage and ensure the quality of external partners and service providers, including budget control, and participate in digitalization and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Several years of in-depth professional experience in asset management of residential and commercial real estate
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
Sound experience in the analysis, management, and further development of real estate portfolios
High IT affinity
Secure and target-group-oriented communication at all levels
Entrepreneurial thinking, economic action, and ability to maintain an overview of complex issues
Ability to make sound decisions and take responsibility for their implementation
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach
High degree of initiative and enjoyment in actively developing processes and structures
Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong team orientation
