About the Role

As an Intern Organisational Development (f/m/d), you will independently manage interdisciplinary projects in strategic organizational development, gaining insights into a key management area of a leading German scale-up. The goal is to support the VP People & Organisational Development and the People Team in developing LIQID into an effective and high-performing organization. This position is available as soon as possible for a period of three to six months.

Responsibilities

Support the VP People & Organisational Development in all aspects of their function, actively contributing to strategic issues and business decisions.
Act as a sparring partner for various stakeholders and manage diverse tasks.
Contribute to the active development of the organization by playing a key role in projects such as planning and implementing talent management initiatives, optimizing organizational structures, improving cross-team collaboration processes, and strategic employee development.
Develop creative solutions for spontaneous challenges related to People, Culture & Organization, thinking strategically and having the opportunity to sustainably challenge the status quo.
Make an impact and drive change.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields, with above-average academic performance, ideally with a focus on Management and/or Organizational Psychology.
Completed at least the 5th semester of studies.
Gained initial relevant experience in a startup or consulting environment.
Strong interest in Management, People & Organisational Development, and strategic issues.
Structured work approach, independence, diligence, and attention to detail.
Fluent German and very good English language skills.
Proficiency in common Office Tools, AI, and data analysis.
Enthusiasm for building expertise in Management and Organizational Development quickly.
Intrinsic motivation and a hands-on mentality.
Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
Comfortable in a demanding yet informal scale-up environment.
Strong communication skills and empathy.
