About the Role
As a Working Student in Recruiting (f/m/d) at LIQID, you will be part of our People & Culture team, working at the intersection of talent, business, and growth. You will support LIQID in attracting top talent, conduct your own interviews, and help elevate our recruiting processes. The position is available from September 2026.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruiting: Accompany the entire recruiting process from job posting to contract signing.
- Active sourcing: Identify and engage exciting candidates via LinkedIn & Co.
- Interview experience: Conduct initial interviews with selected candidates and gain a feel for talent assessment.
- Candidate experience: Design processes to ensure applicants feel seen and valued at LIQID.
- Talent intelligence: Support market and salary analyses for data-driven recruiting decisions.
- Employer branding: Work on projects that enhance LIQID's visibility as a top employer.
Requirements
- Curiosity & Ownership: Desire to understand modern recruiting and take responsibility.
- Analytical Mindset: Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented thinking.
- People Skills: Good intuition for people and ability to build trust in interviews.
- Tool Affinity: Curiosity for modern HR tools like Asbhy, Personio, Notion, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You are eager to actively conduct interviews and co-determine decisions, not just observe.
- You show initiative and independently drive diverse topics forward.
- You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, impact-driven, and collaborative environment.
- You are keen to actively shape recruiting.
