About the Role
The Jelbi team is responsible for the BVG's mobility platform and station innovation and future project, networking and bundling all of Berlin's mobility offerings in the Jelbi app and at Jelbi stations as a Mobility-as-a-Service offering. This role is for 24 months with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist in answering written support requests, document them, and participate in their evaluation.
- Collaborate with the team to create benchmark analyses on digitalization, mobility solutions, and technology, and participate in discussions with experts from other mobility companies.
- Contribute ideas to the creation of reports, decision memos, and presentations.
- Support the expansion of self-help options for customers, such as FAQs and chatbots.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Digitalization, or a comparable field with at least 12 months remaining.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
- Good English language skills (minimum B2 level).

- Hourly wage €18.03 (Entgeltgruppe 3 TV-N Berlin)
