About the Role
The Sales Services and Platform team is responsible for the user-centered conception, development, and operation of digital apps, ensuring customers can intuitively access mobility services. It combines professional, technical, and sales requirements and works closely with tariff, product, sales, data, and IT units.
Responsibilities
- Review and ensure the quality of GDPR-compliant tracking solutions.
- Support the analysis of web and app data, gaining insights into data-driven development of digital offerings.
- Prepare results from user, campaign, and funnel analyses in an understandable way, making them usable for marketing, sales, and product.
- Contribute own ideas and support research on current topics related to tracking, consent, analytics, and marketing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (at least 12 months remaining) in Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Digital Business, or a comparable field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken, minimum C1 level).
- Good English language skills (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
