About the Role

Montezuma Winery is seeking a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join their team in Seneca Falls, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work in a winery environment, assisting with vineyard and winery tasks. No prior winery experience is required; training will be provided to motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, label, and bottle the product
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the tasting room and warehouses
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Abide by all company safety regulations
• Communicate errors to relevant parties
• Mark and label stock
• Load and wrap stock on pallets
• Make deliveries, loading, and unloading delivery vehicles
• Execute necessary repairs and light construction
• Maintain landscaping and lawn maintenance
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
• Keep warehouse and production buildings clean and organized daily

Requirements

• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
• Physically strong, agile, and dexterous
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
