About the Role
We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers by providing great service on tills and the shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning spillages. You will also perform a wide range of other tasks around the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first in everything you do.
- Respond to customer queries and champion Co-op products and Membership.
- Work in the in-store bakery.
- Do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services.
- Share experiences with colleagues for mutual learning.
- Support the local community by getting involved in activities and events.
Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts.

Salary/Compensations
- £14.29 per hour including London allowance
