About the Role

This is a fixed-term position to provide maternity cover, anticipated to last for 6 months. The role involves managing the delivery of programmes and co-ordination of multiple interrelated projects and workstreams within the Organisational Development Team. Specifically, this role is responsible for overseeing the Transformation Programme for Workforce and Culture, covering organizational culture change, leadership development, the employee lifecycle, and embedding the inclusion agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development and delivery of a breadth of projects that support the development of our workforce
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinating work across directorates
  • Ensure effective programme management governance, including risk and ensuring delivery
  • Project management of key organisational projects i.e. Staff Survey, Oracle Improvements
  • Prepare and present a full range of reports on the programme for a range of audiences

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent or vocational qualification in relevant subject or area
  • Satisfactory employment reference
  • Satisfactory declaration of interest
  • Public-facing role requires fluent English with confidence and accuracy for effective performance.
