About the Role

Join the People Development team in Berlin to support SumUp University, our internal learning hub. This role offers hands-on experience in training coordination, content creation, and internal communications within a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end planning and coordination of internal training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and post-session wrap-up.
  • Create engaging content such as videos, photos, written materials, and guides to promote SumUp University programmes and increase participation.
  • Manage recurring administrative tasks across Notion, Workday, and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-standard training delivery.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to developing smarter ways of working, including AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting HR, People Development, or administrative work (internship, part-time role, or student assistant position).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion or a learning management system (LMS) is a plus.
  • Comfort in creating content across various formats (presentations, short videos, written guides, visual materials).
  • Ability to independently manage multiple recurring tasks, proactively flag issues, and adapt to shifting priorities.
