About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager to lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Trainees in our Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will assess capabilities, identify development opportunities, and motivate your team, while managing daily workload allocation and disciplinary issues. Drive pace, accuracy, and standards across all CFC operations, leveraging your mechanical or electrical engineering expertise and familiarity with both streams.

Requirements
- Experience in leading a team of Engineers within an automated FMCG environment
- Comfortable making critical decisions in a fast-paced role
- Competent and experienced Engineer (mechanically or electrically)
- Familiar and competent with both mechanical and electrical engineering streams
- Comprehensive understanding of production, picking, and storage MHE systems
- Computer literate
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems
- Keen to learn new skills
- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work safely at height
