About the Role
The project "Work & Family" in Spandau aims to open up professional perspectives for men and women despite childcare and caregiving responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Intensive social work with individuals performing childcare and caregiving duties.
- Intensive relationship building to support individuals in their unique life situations.
- Socio-pedagogical diagnostics and development of tailored support plans.
- Facilitating self-help and empowerment to achieve professional and personal goals.
- Creation and processing of support plans and final reports.
- Referral counseling and connection to further support services.
- Organization and execution of group activities and educational work.
Requirements
- Completed vocational or academic training.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the vocational and social integration of the target group.
- In-depth knowledge of the Berlin educational landscape and the regional labor market.
- Experience in application training and creating application documents.
- Proficiency in standard office software and the German Federal Employment Agency portal.
- Experience with corporate personnel selection systems and criteria.
