About the Role

Support our team with maintenance, repair, and upkeep within our own real estate portfolio, offering fixed working hours without weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and inspection of building technology systems.
• Performing electrical work within the scope of your qualifications.
• Rectifying technical defects in apartments and buildings.
• Assisting with maintenance work and vacant apartment renovations.
• Inspection and documentation of defects.
• Working according to technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordination with colleagues, tenants, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the electrical field, for example as: Electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), Electronics technician for plant engineering (m/f/d), Electrician (m/f/d), Electrical installer (m/f/d), Electrical installation fitter (m/f/d), Industrial electrician (m/f/d), or comparable qualification in the electrical or building technology field.
• Experience in maintenance, building technology, or technical building management is advantageous.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working.
• Friendly demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Class B driver's license desirable.
