About the Role
Deliver high-quality customer service for claims, focusing on solutions that meet customer needs and expectations, ensuring proactive and timely responses to claims-related queries in line with Allianz standards. Accurately determine liability and compensation entitlements using WorkSafe tools and internal resources, with a focus on recovery and supporting injured workers through all aspects of the Personal Injury system. Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes, ensuring liability decisions align with WorkSafe policies and utilizing resources to determine entitlements.
Responsibilities
- Meet all internal and WorkSafe standards for claim processing, including mail management and accounts payment, while adhering to Allianz policies, privacy, and record-keeping obligations.
- Contribute positively to team goals by working collaboratively, assisting team members, escalating client issues for resolution, and complying with Allianz health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance or interest in psychological and mental health claims
- TMF/Insurance for NSW experience highly regarded
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Ability to recognise, avoid, manage, and escalate conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution in accordance with organisational processes.
- Pay high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
