About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Sr. Compliance Analyst to join the Cross-Border division. This role supports the strategic initiative to build a global cross-border infrastructure platform by enhancing compliance frameworks, onboarding banking partners, and ensuring global regulatory compliance, including stablecoin and digital asset capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the end-to-end onboarding of new and existing banking partners.
- Coordinate banking partner onboarding processes, including questionnaires, AML/CFT documentation, and policy compilation.
- Serve as the primary compliance contact for banking partners during onboarding, due diligence, and relationship management.
- Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), KYC/CDD requests, and periodic reviews from banking partners.
- Prepare compliance presentations and participate in meetings to communicate Corpay's AML framework.
- Support the opening of new bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of information and documentation provided to banking partners.
- Draft and review compliance policies, procedures, and documentation for banking partner onboarding and due diligence.
- Update compliance documentation to reflect evolving business operations, products, jurisdictions, and client segments.
- Identify documentation gaps and drive remediation efforts.
- Track and report documentation initiatives to Compliance Leadership.
- Support financial crime risk assessments across legal entities, products, and jurisdictions.
- Evaluate compliance risks associated with new banking relationships, platform expansion, and digital asset capabilities.
- Contribute to compliance risk assessments related to new products and strategic initiatives.
- Support and lead compliance deliverables for strategic initiatives, including the global banking platform and stablecoin rollout.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Compliance, Product, Banking, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and key deliverables.
- Support compliance reviews for new products and services to ensure AML/CFT requirements are met.
- Embed compliance controls into business processes supporting new offerings, including digital asset activities.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of compliance systems and technology solutions.
- Assist with system enhancements for onboarding processes, data management, and scalability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience within a global regulated financial institution or similar regulated environment.
- University degree required.
- Strong experience in AML/CFT compliance, including KYC/CDD, banking partner due diligence, onboarding, and RFI management.
- Experience working directly with financial institutions or supporting banking partner relationships strongly preferred.
- Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, or new product initiatives preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime compliance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate regulatory and due diligence documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and business environment.
