About the Role
We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Budweiser across North London. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well-established product range. This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth performance
Requirements
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
- Experience working in the convenience channel
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
