About the Role

As our Senior Talent Partner, you will own the hiring experience end-to-end across a broad range of business and technology roles. You will partner closely with leaders to translate ambitious growth plans into exceptional hiring outcomes, balancing speed with quality while continuously raising the bar for talent acquisition. You join LIQID at an exciting moment as the Talent function undergoes significant transformation, and your role is to build on existing foundations by embedding best practices and refining processes to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple business areas, from kickoff to signed offer.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate expectations, build interview processes, and guide decisions through structured, evidence-based assessment.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and leadership, challenging role requirements, advising on market realities, and influencing hiring decisions with data.
  • Create alignment between business goals and hiring strategy while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
  • Represent LIQID as a premium employer in every interaction, creating thoughtful, transparent, and efficient candidate experiences.
  • Continuously refine interview frameworks, scorecards, recruiter enablement, reporting, automations, and hiring workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale the Talent function while maintaining flexibility.
  • Use recruiting data, funnel analytics, and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Establish clear hiring metrics, communicate progress transparently, and make decisions based on evidence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Talent Partner roles within fast-growing technology companies.
  • Experience hiring across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
  • Successfully managed complex hiring processes from strategy through offer acceptance.
  • Business-fluent German and English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with modern recruiting technology and using AI as a force multiplier.
  • Understanding of ATS configuration for scalable hiring, quality data, and reporting.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong business judgment, empathy, and clear communication.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, facilitating difficult hiring conversations, and influencing decisions.
  • Ability to improve existing processes, create structure, document best practices, and optimize workflows.
  • Understanding of how to identify exceptional talent, create compelling candidate journeys, and position opportunities competitively.
  • Ownership of outcomes, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Enjoy improving systems, learning continuously, and leaving processes better than found.
