About the Role
Alstom develops and markets mobility solutions that provide the sustainable foundations for the future of transportation. Our product portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorail, and trams to integrated systems, customised services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Verify train status upon arrival at the depot.
- Identify faults and malfunctions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure fleet availability and reliability, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure the correct functioning of train systems.
- Meet order delivery deadlines.
- Use certified and appropriate tools for each intervention.
- Update the database with information on significant faults.
- Inform the team daily about the status of activities.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and railway safety standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and travel experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma (mandatory), preferably in Technical fields (Electrical/Electronic, IT, or Mechanical).
- Approximately 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the railway sector.
- Possession of ANSF certifications for operating train safety systems is preferred if experience is in the railway sector.
- Good knowledge of the Italian language, spoken and written.
- Availability for shift work in a continuous cycle.
- Availability for short business trips.
