About the Role
Deloitte is supporting a leading global energy organisation on a large-scale transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Endur Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade energy trading technology solutions. This senior role involves defining end-to-end technical solutions, collaborating with senior business stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated Endur implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Openlink Endur solutions.
- Define solution architecture covering application design, integrations, infrastructure, security, hosting, and data architecture.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate trading, risk, and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Design robust integrations between Endur and surrounding trading, market data, risk, finance, and reporting systems.
- Produce high-quality architecture documentation including solution designs, integration specifications, and technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate existing platforms and recommend improvements for scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support governance activities including architecture reviews, design assurance, and technical decision-making.
- Act as the technical authority for Endur architecture, providing guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Endur Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Openlink Endur Architect.
- Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale Openlink Endur solutions within ETRM environments.
- Deep understanding of physical and financial energy trading processes across front, middle, and back office workflows.
- Proven experience designing complex integrations using APIs, messaging technologies, and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Experience producing high-quality architecture documentation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence architectural direction across multiple delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
