About the Role
The Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and store presentation standards to ensure an effective shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandise flow and stockroom organization
- Uphold store presentation and sales floor standards
- Support customer experience initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Implement asset protection and shrink reduction strategies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs
Requirements
- Ability to work three to four shifts per week
- Availability to work most Saturdays and some Sundays
- Availability during peak holiday seasons
- Ability to complete work visa formalities if applicable
