About the Role
This is the first full-time presales hire in the US, serving as a trusted technical companion to the sales effort. The role involves understanding customer goals, translating them into FintechOS solutions, building trust, and contributing to winning new deals. It requires a blend of strategy, engineering, and advisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor to prospects and new customers, guiding them on how FintechOS facilitates modernization, faster product launches, and operational efficiency without core replacement.
- Develop comprehensive product expertise to be the internal go-to resource for sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Lead compelling discovery sessions and product showcases, including demos and proofs of concept, to make value tangible for business and technical stakeholders.
- Build business cases by quantifying ROI, including faster time-to-market, lower cost-to-serve, conversion uplift, and competitive differentiation.
- Communicate credibly about market dynamics such as NIM compression, origination fragmentation, deposit competition, and regulatory requirements for NCUA- and FDIC-regulated institutions.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from initial conversation to commercial close, to win new clients across the US.
- Manage solution cycles end-to-end with an AE, including discovery, value quantification, solution design, demos, and POCs.
- Showcase how to launch and modify products (consumer lending, deposits, member onboarding) without traditional development cycles.
- Demonstrate how FintechOS integrates above core banking systems like Fiserv, Jack Henry, and FIS.
- Navigate buying committees by engaging executives with strategic vision, business teams with use cases, and technical leaders with architectural discussions.
- Develop value cases and ROI models to influence decision-making and advance deals.
- Act as the voice of the US market, providing feedback to product and delivery teams on customer needs and market reception.
Requirements
- 7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, selling software or platforms into US financial services.
- Strong banking domain experience with community banks, credit unions, and mid-to-large institutions, including understanding their operations and challenges.

- Technical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and integrations.
- Autonomous and proactive approach to identifying and driving opportunities.
- Experience with the credit union world, including the member-centric model, NCUA regulation, and community mission.
- Understanding of the shift from IT-led to business-led product development.
- Experience selling origination, digital banking, or lending platforms and knowledge of the competitive landscape (Blend, Backbase, MeridianLink, core providers).
- Ability to position AI as business value.
