About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage complex construction projects across Germany, starting from home. Responsibilities

Independently manage building construction and turnkey projects.
Organize and control the entire construction site process.
Coordinate employees and subcontractors.
Monitor quality, deadlines, and safety on the construction site.
Collaborate closely with construction management.
Lead construction teams and ensure smooth project execution.
Control subcontractor performance and ensure execution quality.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in building construction (e.g., building construction worker, bricklayer, concrete and steel fixer, carpenter, drywall installer, plasterer, or equivalent).
Completed further training as a site foreman, foreman, site supervisor, or master builder in building construction.
Experience in the German construction industry and in turnkey construction, with a track record of successfully managed turnkey projects.
Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.
Possession of a Class B driver's license.
Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
