About the Role

We are seeking a Product Owner to manage a platform of internal tools. You will navigate complex problems, engage in product discovery, and collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to define and build the path forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews to validate problem areas and prioritize initiatives.
• Distinguish between feature requests and core problems to be solved.
• Utilize prioritization frameworks like RICE to manage the backlog.
• Write clear, concise user stories with defined success criteria.
• Partner with Tech Leads and tool vendors to drive product innovation.
• Act as a translator between leadership, customers, and engineering teams.
• Communicate progress through demos, reviews, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and measure success.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience applying prioritization frameworks like RICE or WSJF.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs including SCIM Provisioning, AWS, GCP, and REST.
• Ability to write simple scripts and use AI tools to generate prototypes.
• Ability to manage expectations with senior leadership regarding timelines and costs.
