About the Role
Join our FP&A Markets team to advance group-wide performance management across international markets. As a Senior Finance Manager for operational business units at the Head Office, you will combine sound financial expertise with clear communication and a focus on continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial and performance data for national and international markets.
- Ensure data quality and consistent reporting by advancing reporting, dashboards, and KPI structures.
- Support national and international subsidiaries with reporting, forecast, budget, and planning processes.
- Analyze financial developments, identify deviations and causes, and derive recommendations for action in collaboration with portfolio and investment teams.
- Support management reviews and fact-based steering with sound analyses, meaningful visualizations, and reliable decision-making bases.
- Promote harmonization across different markets by advancing data structures, reporting standards, and controlling processes.
- Drive automation and the use of modern analysis and AI solutions in finance in close collaboration with BI, Data, and System teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance.
- Sound knowledge of management reporting and analysis of large data volumes.
- Confident demeanor in an international corporate and multi-entity environment.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and deriving concrete recommendations for action.
- Very good Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, or SAC.
- High analytical competence, understanding of data and reporting structures, and interest in automation, data analytics, and AI applications in the finance environment.
